Bio:
I am a global thought leader on burnout and workplace culture.
I had my own personal burnout journey in 2009, where over a period of 369 days, the following happened;
– I had a heart attack that should’ve killed me
– I lost my job during the economic recession
– I had my car repossessed
– I had my home foreclosed.
Talk about a year of worst-case scenarios!
It was the best thing that could have happened to me.
It gave me a 2nd chance to rebuild from scratch, and learn how to prevent burnout in my life.
Now I advise organizations and individuals how to prevent their own burnout journey, so they can avoid their own year of worst-case scenarios.
