Bio:

Known as The Blind Blogger I’ve been educating business owners about the importance of accessibility on an almost daily basis since starting my first website brokering used carnival rides in 2007.

The lack of accessible means for creating a website was so acute then that my only option was to teach myself to code html.

I did that until the CMS, content management system, known as Word Press came along and I finally learned enough about it to migrate my site to WP in 2012.

I currently contribute articles on accessibility for the Audio Eye blog, PHP Architect Magazine, and Reviewed Magazine which is part of the USA TODAY Network.

And I am the accessibility advisor to Pod Match a website the matches podcast guests with show hosts using AI.

Wouldn’t you want to work with an accessibility expert who can bring so much experience to addressing both accessibility and work flow deficiencies in your websites, apps, or content?

I will help you grow your business by embracing accessibility and inclusion of disabled people.

Because including people with disabilities in the design process will make your products, services, and content better for everyone that uses them.

And because embracing inclusion gives you the opportunity to reach a huge mostly untapped market of highly loyal consumers who will advocate for businesses and brands that make us feel welcome.
