In this episode, I interviewed Jenny Toh from Singapore. Jenny trained as a lawyer but discovered her passion as a life coach. She is the director of River Life Coaching where she coaches individuals to align their career and life goals with their values and strengths. She helps people overcome the saboteur voice in our minds that tells us that we’re not good enough.

Bio:

Jenny is a qualified lawyer in the U.K., Singapore and Malaysia and her legal career spans over 24 years with experience as a corporate litigation attorney, an intellectual property legal counsel and a derivatives legal counsel at BP Singapore, OCBC Bank and ING Bank N.V.

Jenny is also an International Coaching Federation (ICF) Associate CertifiedCoach (ACC) with experience of over 200 coaching hours. She is a professional life coach who runs her own coaching practice, River LifeCoaching Pte. Ltd. She is also a Certified Canfield Trainer in the SuccessPrinciples and runs webinars on current topics such as gender bias issues and mental fitness.
