Bio:

Adrienne has spent more than a decade in healthcare executive leadership, focused on developing and expanding private practices across multiple specialties. As Executive Director of Moreland OB-GYN Associates, she oversees daily operations for the largest independently owned OB-GYN practice in Southeast Wisconsin, managing six locations throughout Waukesha County. Her work centers on improving access to high-quality, affordable healthcare for women in the community through strong patient outcomes, education, and expanded care access.

People have always been at the heart of Adrienne’s career. She is passionate about building high-performing teams and fostering cultures that balance collaboration, accountability, and results. Her leadership style is rooted in transformational leadership, combining visionary thinking, cultural development, and performance-driven strategies to achieve lasting success.

Adrienne is also deeply committed to community leadership. She currently serves as President of the NAHSE Wisconsin Chapter, Vice President of the Waukesha Area Chamber of Commerce, VP of Programs for the HFMA Wisconsin Chapter, and a board member for the Women and Girls Fund of Waukesha County. Originally from California, Adrienne earned her degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing from Whittier College.

She and her family have called Waukesha home for the past eleven years. Outside of work, Adrienne enjoys spending time with family and friends and cheering on her favorite sports teams.
