Nick Blavat reflects on his entrepreneurial journey, including his transition from working for Deep River Partners to ultimately taking ownership of the company. Bio:

Nicholas Blavat, AIA, is the Owner and Design Principal of Deep River Partners, a luxury residential architecture and interior design firm. With more than two decades at the firm, he leads projects with a strong blend of design creativity, technical expertise, and collaborative leadership. His nationally recognized work has been widely published, and he is frequently sought out for his insight on custom residential design. Nicholas holds both a Bachelor of Architectural Sciences and a Master of Architecture from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee.

An active leader in AIA Wisconsin, he founded the Wisconsin CRAN chapter and has served as president of the AIA Milwaukee Section. Known for his craftsmanship, candor, and commitment to client service, Nicholas continues to guide Deep River Partners in creating finely tailored, award winning homes.
