Bio:

Hi! I’m Ethan Van De Hey, a marketing professional and podcast host with a passion for growth and leadership. I launched ensiteful, a marketing consulting firm where I help businesses with everything from strategy and advertising to digital presence. I also created Encourage Mindset, a podcast where entrepreneurs, athletes, and leaders share stories of resilience, mindset, and growth. Both ventures gave me early experience in connecting with audiences through authentic storytelling.

I then joined a law firm, where I discovered my passion for performance marketing and built systems that consistently generated qualified leads. That role showed me how powerful targeted campaigns, paid ads, and community engagement could be in driving measurable results. From there, I moved into the home improvement industry, managing multi-million-dollar budgets and scaling lead generation across traditional, digital, social, and event channels. These experiences taught me how to blend branding, advertising, and data-driven strategy to grow businesses in competitive markets.

I take a highly analytical approach to decision-making, always focused on improving the sales funnel and maximizing ROI. Collaboration has been central to my leadership style, working with agencies, cross-functional teams, and executives to bring ambitious plans to life.

I earned my MBA from the UW MBA Consortium, where I focused on leadership and business growth.
