Shay Springer is a dynamic educator, Board-Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, Neuro-Linguistic Practitioner, and End-of-Life Doula whose mission is to help others find purpose, peace, and empowerment through life’s transitions. With nearly two decades of experience in special education, Shay has guided students, families, and teams through some of the most transformative phases of learning and growth.
Her background in behavioral support and human development laid the foundation for her holistic approach to healing — blending psychology, spirituality, and practical mindset work to help others lead with compassion and clarity. Through her coaching and spiritual work, Shay empowers individuals to move beyond fear, rewrite limiting beliefs, and embrace the process of becoming — mind, body, and soul. Her message is rooted in the belief that healing and success begin with self-awareness, faith, and the courage to grow through discomfort.
