She is the founder of the non-profit Empowered Women in Trades, which supports women in male-dominated industries and promotes inclusive workplaces.
She currently serves on Victoria’s Our equal state reference group, advising the state’s gender equality strategy, and on the La Trobe Business School Advisory Board. With a Master’s in Applied Positive Psychology from The University of Melbourne (specializing in Positive Organizational Scholarship) and as a Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA), Hacia brings depth to leadership consulting, blending human insight with strategic execution.
