Bio:

Principal and President of Duffek Construction, has personally led and been involved in over $120 million in commercial construction throughout the United States. Since 2001, Mike has built some of the state’s largest and most recognizable projects for clients, including Quad Graphics, Froedtert Hospital, ProHealth, Ascension Health, Harley Davidson, Rexnord and Caterpillar. Mike is a LEED accredited professional and certified healthcare constructor. In 2009, Mike was recognized by Wisconsin Builder Magazine as the industry’s “Rising Young Professional” and continues to lead both Duffek Construction and individual projects.

Mike studied architecture and planning at the University of Minnesota before completing his MBA and beginning his career in commercial construction. In his free time, Mike enjoys spending time outdoors (fishing, camping and hiking), golfing and traveling with his wife Kristin and three children Luke, Madeline and Cody.
